Further Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Also included in this new document disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a key labelling various areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
